wheels. This gear system was used on many fishing reels over the years,
but the Malloch Sun & Planet reel was the only successful one. This
system has been revisited by ABU in their casting reels in the early
2000s.
QUADRUPLE REEL. A multiplying reel with a 4 to 1 gear ratio.
